Some of Your Firsts

I was too nervous to do a lot of things with you the first time. Grandma and Grandpa Checchio came out to visit with your uncles a few weeks after you were born, and I had never given you a bath or cut your finger nails. (you weren't really dirty, so it wasn't gross I promise) Your Grandpa was the first one to cut your finger nails...and afterwards tried to get you to suck on your thumb. And your Grandma was the first on to give you a bath.
